I think that the weight behind the pully should have some indication of machining, drilling, a portion cut off or..? That would indicate that Dodge balanced these motors and adjusted the weight accordingly. Check closely to see if the weight or pully is "indexed", some of these bolt patterns (like the crank on the transmission end) are not even, so that they only bolt on one way, that automatically balances the assembly, that was balance initially at the factory, you are not changing rods or pistons so you should be fine (as long as you didn't disassemble the motor and scatter the parts).
