The Cummins 4B series will drop in without any sheet metal cutting. You will also need to go with a OD tranny, a 5 speed like a NV-4500 is a nice combo. You will also need 4.89 ring and pinions and tires around 36" to keep the RPM within the Cummins Spec. FOr safety you should seriously consider 4 wheel power Disk Brakes, and Power Steering. This is a COSTLY venture, but with great rewards. Email me direct if I can help you. I have pictures of my Cummins Carryall on my Image Event Site. Click on the link below, the album you want is 1943 Carryall. Dont be thrown off by the Carryall, its exactly the same size engine compartment, install as it would be on a Power Wagon. I have also done a 318 swap on a Power Wagon...Bumblebee is the album to look at.
