I built one about 25 years ago, picked up a Coleman 25,000 btu burner for it. I'll dig it out and take photos for your "plans" it works great, we call them "Discos" down here. Just use plenty of beer batter in the first several batches to burn off all of the oil and ag stuff, feed the results to casual aquaintences, if they are still OK in 3 hours, it is safe to cook for family and friends.....= )
