I have looked through the PW's on the photo classified but this ones less than 30miles from my house right now. I also don't have that much money to part with right now. I wish I could afford something already running. This is the first one I have personally seen in this area since I got my M37 almost two years ago. I wouldn't have thought a 48 would be all that common either but I am new to this.
I wondered if the body was worth restoration or not, it has moderate rust. Is there any availability for body parts? repro parts? All the guages are there buy looked pretty corroded/rusted over, floorboards pretty rusted out too. I am not too savvy on PW, what would you generally make the determining factor between a parts truck and a resto. truck? Are there any particular items or hard to get items that would rule out a restorable truck? If I am not mistaken the pto and winch/bumpers would fit my M37 wouldn't it?
