if the wheels are not a "slide fit" (machinest term)center bore of the wheel to
hub then they must be balanced off of the
bolt patern
Most good shops will have an adaptor plate for this
if not then buy a hub, and have the shop use
it as an adaptor - use all lug nuts, & torque
correctly (the bare hub should be balanced but you can always check and balance)
this process will cost more in labor to balance but is the correct way
balancing wheels that are not hubcentric on the center bore is just like standing on the bow and relieving oneself in the wind

ps have to use caution so the assembly does not come loose on the wind down
