Part of that may be the fact they not sure how to wire and set it up. Power Wagons work great being 12 volts and the parts are the same you just need to change the Oil Pump along with the dist. It is allready wired for 12 volts on the lighting, turn signal system, heater and fuel gauge. I just need to change out the dist, oil pump and charging system to complete it. I re/wired the truck because it was so messed up all ready when I got it. Tired of dealing with the Battry problem charging the one all the time. If I went back to 24 volts totaly I would have to change out a lot of stuff. Selling the 24 volt stuff would more than cover the 12 volt change over. This is a working truck not intended to be original wiring wise but could be changed back if needed in the future by someone else. Wish I had not sold the 12 volt center slot oil pump that was installed on it befor when I got it. I figure I can sell the 24 volt dist, plugs, wires, generator, regulator, starter and cable from the gen to the regulator to finace the change over since it all works great now. Just want to be able to get parts anytime I need them from the auto parts store. Mark H.
