I write stuff - phone numbers, measurements,
on the inner door panels and tail gate of our
48 chalk always on the floor (and glove box)
we have used the fenders to stand on while
working
old vehicle "restoration" is a matter of who
has the most time/money to spend and used to
be the buzz word of collectors
now it is "refurbish" - fix what needs to be fixed and don't change anything and then use and have some fun
there is also the "HOT ROD" modification
big engine, brakes, wheels, tires, etc.
just like I did to my 33 & 50 fords and of course the 55 chev, 58 & 64 corvettes
