A lot depends on what time frame you are talking about. Before WW2 most Navy trucks seemed to be gloss black but at the beginning of the War there was blue-gray, OD, Forest Green (USMC also), red, flight line yellow and almost any shade of gray you could imagine and I have even heard of dark blue.

After WW2 we had the various shades of gray, OD, yellow, and various shades of dark blue. A friend of mine has a '52 Navy PW and it was gray, some were gray with black fenders. There was also the odd light blue, white or black vehicle then also.

A lot of the paint colors were determined by where and from whom the vehicle was sourced, as well as what it was going to be used for. Modern Navy trucks seem to be more OD as that seems to be the standard truck being pruchased.
