I have one and it work quite well. The problem as I see it, is when your sharpening small drill bits. The drill its self is so short you cant get hold of it when in the chuck to rotate it so the index fingers will grab it in proper position. I have had good results with bits from 3/16 to to 3/8. I dont have the chuck for larger bits. But I will buy one, they go up to 1/2".
