I have resurrected two PWs that have sat for 15 years with Mystery Oil soaking in the cylinders for two or three weeks and then getting under the truck and prying against the ring gear on the fly wheel. Try to turn the engine over slowy several times to get the cylindr walls lubricated. After you are sure the engine turns over freely, try the starter motor. JH
