Dan, If the crack is not too wide I would suggest oxy/acetylene and braze it. If it's too wide braze a piece of iron over the crack. Too much heat like an arc weld will usually crack again right beside the bead. I used to split and block this type manifold with oxy/acetylene for customers wanting dual exhausts. Then they could go out and really rattle some windows. Good luck, Bert
