Town Wagon Question?

To All Townies:

Will the rear doors on a 1959 Town Wagon work on a 1961 Town Wagon? I understand the wheel base on the the Town Wagon was extended in '61 and was wondering if the rear doors were affected? Any difference between D-100 and W-100? Any help would be appreciated.
