Buy a standard Weapons Carrier, then you need the winch front / PTO / driveshaft / lever plus the 10" of frame from a winch model, plus the small radiator grille and both the radiator side panels.
I have also done this using the frame extension brackets found on PWs with good results. The most difficult part is the proper fitment of the PTO to the gearbox side without pulling the gearbox, you have to pull the lever mechanism off and use different bolts and shim gaskets, etc, but it can be done. best plan would be to buy the non-winch truck and drive it around till you accumulate the spares for the conversion.
