Having followed this thing from the beginning, and now seeing the official Boyce reply, the above post should mean all the more to this community. We are constantly buying parts sight-unseen and relying on the honesty and integrity of the seller. When something does go wrong, as it will, the realy test becomes the seller's willingness to do the right thing. It appears this particular seller had no interest in doing the right thing. I believe this is evident in the reply from Boyce, where he again chose to intimidate and ridicule. I buy parts sight-unseen with trepidation anyway, the tone of the reply coupled with the lack of judgement displayed will serve to remind me in the future who NOT to call.
