Your reply has done nothing to improve your credibility as an upstanding business that I would have any interest in dealing with. I wasn't under the impression that Odie was hiding behind his words as he informed Bruce that he would surely share his bad experience with others, which might I add, Bruce just laughed at him. Is this really the kind of customer service that you want to be known for? Your last sentence has the tone of intimidation. I prefer to do business with honorable business men, you sir do not impress me as an honorable business man. However, it is never too late to do the right thing. Question is, "do you have the good business sense to do the right thing?" If not, you'll be the last supplier I'd call, and that would only be in the case of an extreme emergency!
