Unfortunately there are two sides to every story. I have to agree with Jack in the fact that not everyone is mechanically inclined. You can't blame a guy for trying to get a good deal if he asked if they were tested/inspected. Maybe for future reference you should list them as "cores,as is" this way you eliminate any doubt.I learned in business school that every person knows at least one hundred people, and that was before the internet! You might also want to keep that in mind for the future. I personally would not have avoided Boyce equipment because of the letter written. It did however serve as a reminder to beware of what may seem to good a deal and that you only get what you pay for.
