Altohough not focused on Dodge, nor just WWII, Fred Crimson's books (about $39) Cover most every wheeled and Tracked vehicles that the Army/ Services considered purchasing.
A book solely about Dodges in Military service should span the first World War, through Desert storm at least. This way you can have the whole thing in one focused book.
