This is one of the aspects of this hobby that I really enjoy. Comming home from near death experiences alive. After 25 years of hauling these things it's still exciting. Last year after forever hauling with a feeble 350 GM 2500 I decided to up the anti and get a Ram 24 valve 2500. Well my confidence level went up to where one power wagon behind this thing was childs play. After hauling a 1/2 t command car from MI to NC I was on my way back with a PW on the back, almost home traveling in thick trafic in the monfert lane of course (it's a Commins isn't it?). Well the trafic started to do one of those accordian things and all those little cars in front could stop---- I ended up flat spotting my front tires and shortening up this nice ladies Camreys trunk by about 2 feet. After my Commins following brain gets back to earth its slow and easy for this heavy hauler at least til the next "power smoker" tries to pass. I get home and my wife says right away "Is your bumper slightly tipped" and we think they don't notice such things. And that's why U-Haul calls it "an adventure in moving."
