I find an ultrasonic dog whistle works best. Several early morning (2am 3am sort of thing) sets all the neighborhood pets off barking or howling. Best part is they never know why they are so tired the next morning. I have been thinking of a set of outside tweeters and a recording I can play without my having to get up. (you need earmuffs for your own dogs then.) the Phantom
