I have imported two trucks from Canada, one a 47 Fargo pickup and second a Canadian M-37. I did not need any paper work for these except a bill of sale and a signed over title (if available).
Trucks made in the USA have no duty involved...technically the ones I brought over were at least partially manufactured in Canada. The NAFTA agreement may also absolve you of any duty.
Check with Customs, but I don't think you will have any problems unless the rules have changed in the last few years.
This may not be true going into Canada, there you may have to a Provincial tax.
