Another thing. If you are concerned that metal shavings may have gotten into the bearing, run a magnet around in there after you get the seal out. Then spray some Brake Clean through then change the gear oil. I personaly prefer using the NOS seal. It is heavier duty than the modern equivalent. see manual for installation.
