Slave plug hole has four screw holes in a rectangular pattern around it. Hole is usually covered with a rectangular plate if the plug is not installed. Is located between the door and the fender down low. Shots showing the location are on my website, perhaps the best one is on the stencil page where I took a shot of the voltage marking and caught the plug in the photo...

Hot water or gas fired personell heater went on the driver side fender and the hot air was ducted into the cab through a knock out on the cowl side just under the "roll" where it becomes flat. The knockout can be hard to spot on a truck that has thick paint.

Powerplant heater got mounted down low on the passenger side between the fender and running board (running board got shifted rearward, notice the extra set of mounting holes in the passenger running board) and the keyhole shaped knockout between the door and the fender was used along with some holes in the engine side skirt placed near the access cover for the fording air intake.

I have scans of all the pages for the Perfection engine heater on my website. I would love to have scans of the hot water or gas fires personell heater to add.

Hope this helps.
