From what I have seen, and going from what owners of 74-and some early '75 Ramcharger-Traidusters tell me, 1974 and some very few 1975 Ramchargers had the doors that did NOT have full window frames,I have seen 1974's with the hard tops and canvas tops both. The '74 Ramcharger I am trying to trade into right now, has the doors without the full window frames, But, somebody went thru the trouble to cut window frames out of another set of doors and weld them on. Seeing you said that '74's Didnt have a hard top availible, I sorta wonder on that, I have seen hard topped '74's but maybe it was a northern state only thing at the time...But then again, maybe alot of '75-80 Ramchargers and Traildusters have had the tops scammed off them for '74's......
