Thanks Tony. I was originally told that it was a 1949 approx. Phil Street advises that the winch serial No is 1956, so that fits with your engine no. The body has been done in 2 pack, but I'll look for that mark, I,ve had a good look..The plate only gives then model no AT-137-3...plus GVW 9500lb. I was told about 2 P/W's that were delivered to Brisbane for Armand Dennis to look for Lasseters Reef also. 25 went to the RAAF and I know of one other in Melb.
