M37 Drum Removal.

Ok, I've pulled one of the front wheels of of my M, and was surprised to find that unlike my FF Power Wagon, the Drum was held in place with three flat head screws, rather than three allen head screws.

On my Power wagon, they were so tight/stuck that I had to "leverage" the allen wrench to break them loose.

Now, on the M, the flat head screw is not breaking loose with a screw driver. I even broke the blade on my large Crafstman screw driver trying.

So, any recommendation of how I remove them?

Should I drill the head off?
Should I use heat?
Ideas?
