I don't know about not listing to one side with outriggers. I seen one with my own eyes go over WITH outriggers. If the hydraulics are strong enough it will lift the other side of the truck, the outriggers just become the fulcrum(sp) point, move it out farther if you will. There is nothing to hold the opposite side down even with outriggers. Bottom line it was too small. It still looks like it had them to me, all be it small ones. When I first looked at this I figured the wall was going to give way where I thought the outrigger was. I guess we'll never know. If it had hydraulic outriggers and a hose blew from over stress....lookout.
