Ken, I could do without that picture. Talk about nostalgia overload... I built IHC's at the Springfield (Ohio) Plant in 1957 and again in 1959. I recently found two pay slips from 1959 and have them in the Museum.

IHC emerged into being our town's primary employer and much of my early life revolved around the plant. I even knew some good places on some storage yards where a guy and a gal could "park" without being bothered.

If yours was a 1957 model, I'd have you look on the top of the bell housing to see if it had my initial "C" since I was an inspector on the bell housing line.

Whenever I see a nice truck like yours, I wonder how I got into Dodges instead. At least, I commuted to work at IHC in a 1949 Chrysler New Yorker with the flathead, inline 8, and the four-speed fluid drive.
