How can the owner just "come and get it?" Park it in a locked garage. Then if the owner comes and "gets it" you can have him arrested for theft. You're being scammed brother. Do as the others have said. Take the bill of sale to the DMV and do whatever it takes to get it titled in your name. Then if someone comes forward, you take them to court and make THEM prove ownership. Chances are yo uwill never hear from them again.
