Ron does some excellent work to reserrect these beauties. 3 years ago I was privliged to see his super nice 59 W-200 (Stubby) and seen his TW in progress at the time. Rons trucks are anything BUT ugly!

I know your comment was directed at bodystyles. FOr years and years and years, Dodge built Ugly trucks, but then again, so did Ford, GM, IH, Jeep etc. See, Dodge trucks as other models of trucks are what we say, are so ugly they are cool! yea, they are! I mean I like pretty much all older Dodges. The 56-60 Dodge trucks, appear to most as ugly, BUT they are tuff ugly as in you dont mess with them ugly...Expecially the single headlight 58's. They are cool! A friend of mine who is a Chebbie man, calls my '57 Dodge A 'Walrus Wagon' He says it looks like a wrinkly ol Walrus. I just laugh and giggle on it. A guy I went to high school says that Sweptlines came about as a result of Dodge truck stamping presses that went on the fritz for the 10 year production run! I just laugh and giggle....Its sorta funny. One of the reasons why I like Dodge is their uniqueness.
Now you want to talk ugly, look at 57-62-63ish IH Pickups. Now those.....UGLY! Hahahahaha! (no offense taken to the owners of those trucks....They are cool also!)

Ok guys, Flame away!

Lube
