the vent wing as far as I know and understand means nothing except whether it is a deluxe cab or not. Deluxe cabs should have the vent wing window, dome light and an arm rest on the drivers side. This is not written in stone as these are only my observations from the many trucks I have come across.(I have seen dual arm rests and dual sunvisors but those are extra options that could be ordered according to literature I have, just like the winches were an option actually)
Your truck is #2697 according to the last digits of the VIN and was built in Detroit.
