I've run into that type person before. The type that ignores what you say and does exactally what they want and how they want to do it and will refuse to acknowledge your confrontation about them not doing it the way you'd asked and simply talk around it as if it never happened or you even said anything about it. it is a sign of boldfaced
disrespect and arrogance. As in, I don't care what you want or how you want me to do it, I will do it the way I want ! Most people are so taken aback they can't believe its happening and they just do it to get it over with and this person learns that he can do as he pleases and folks will just go along to get it over with. Well do as you please but I say, give him a reality check !
Show him he doesn't control anything and it will be done your way or no way and that failure to listen should cost him so reality will hopefully sink in ! By paying only part, he thinks he can tie up trucks till he gets the money, and keeping someone else from getting it. He possibly will leave people hanging till he gets ready for it to fix up and resell ,he wants it all and has learned to do these type things cut everyone else out so he can make money. Of course this is assuming but I have seen this type person in action before and that was the case.
