I bought this at a swap meet years ago. When I picked it up and studied it for awhile, I asked the vendor what it was, and how was it used? He said he wouldn't tell me unless I bought it for two dollars! My curiosity got the best of me, so I forked over the two bucks and learned of its use. I've had it hanging on my shop wall for years now, and nobody has ever been able to identify it! So, I figured there are plenty of smart people here, and decided to put it up to you all. The first one to correctly identify this tool and its use, on this forum only, will win a PW sihouette/key hanger! The pen is shown for size comparison. Hint: It's not directly PW-related! Anyone want to take a stab at it?
