The storage means little to you now, but like Willy, you end up having to pay a lawyer to be able to do anything with it, then you have a problem.
If it was purchased in one condition, and mice eat it up, or a hailstorm further dents it, or you back up into it by accident, then you would end up having to restore it to its original condition at the time of the sale a year ago.
As I see it, a seller has a responsibility to accurately respresent the product he is selling, ect., and a buyer has a responsibility to ensure timely payment and take prompt possession of it. It takes two people, both acting in good faith, to make successful deals.
