Nice pictures, John. I'll e-mail mine to you soon. I've made it through Pritchett Canyon twice in the old Scout, but it does demand a price.
Devon picked up the Scout 80 half cab and the Cummins Turbo Diesel Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear axles Saturday to start the upgrade. I have some Scout II springs to go on it also. The 4-speed transmission and 203 transfer case you're getting from Jonas's Ramcharger will be married to the 205 transfer case from the Cummins Turbo Diesel to get a 1:1, 2:1 or 4:1 reduction in the transfer case. After this upgrade, the old Scout will be mostly Dodge parts, since I will have to replace the venerable old IHC 345 with a Dodge 318 or 360.
