I see people standing in front of rigs all the time reving up the engines. That is a big NO NO to do. They can slip into gear sometimes for reasons like a bad motor mount ect. I allway stand to the side when that is done by me or someone else. Haveing reved up a egine once inside the car it shoved out the clutch floored the engine and it took a intersection to stop it after I turned the key off! Older Chevy Motor mounts were good for doung this. One of the reasons cables are now used on the throttle instead of linkage hooked to the enging like the PWs have. Mark H.
