Know EXACTLY what you are talking about. We had a guy move out from town and build his "Mother Earth News Dream House" close to us. Called the police on farmers for everything from semi's parked on the roadsides during harvest, manure spreading, noise and so on. He claimed his eco system of natural wildlife was being effected adversely, Like his house didn't. A group of unnamed individuals got together and bought a BUNCH of have a heart live traps and started "relocating" groundhogs, chipmonks, snakes and ground moles caught by hand. He moved within a year. That's justice!
