Depends where you live. The more remote the cheaper the land. Just alot people don't like being far from the Mall or Big Stores. The comute also is a big negitive for some having to drive far to get anything, along with the employment problems. For what some spend on a little 50 X 125 lot and house in the city I can have 1,000 acres of privet living out where I live including the nice house! Mark H.
