1 C. sweet pickle juice (or vinegar and sugar)
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
12 oz. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. prepared mustard

Brown onions in margarine; add sweet pickle juice, tomato sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne sauce. Cook over low heat with lid on for 15 minutes; set aside. Put potato or onion in a large pan with bobcat; add water to almost cover. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until tender. Take meat out and remove meat from bone. Throw away potato or onion and water. Put meat in a large pan, cover with barbecue sauce and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
