I tend to be more leaniant on a deal that most folks. I do ALOT of buying-selling-trading, and the way I see things, is, I try to give other people the same consideration as I would hope they'd give me. Quite often, when you take that approach, you get used as a door mat. If I sell something, I prefer it to be removed ASAP, provided it is fully paid for, but I can work with folks. The only storage I can really provide is outdoor, meaning it may become a home to Critters and bugs etc. My main thing, is I hate to sell something and see it just set there, rotting into the ground. If it is a case that the township starts getting on me for too many vehicles, I ask that you get a valid legal plate on the vehicle so they cannot say anything about it. I like to move vehicles around, once every few months to get them out of the same spot, keep them from sinking into the ground, and sometimes when the chain gets hooked to something, it may scratch the paint a bit, I try to be careful.... If it is somebody I do not know, I make them sign a statement that if something DOES Happen to the vehicle while I am storing it, I am in NO WAY Liable. LIke if the neighbor kids come and knock out a window, or somebody robs a part off it, its not my fault. I have a 1958 W-100 setting out back here, that I sold to a long time freind in Arkansas over 2 years back. He is dead broke and cannot afford to get it home. It does not bother me too bad for it to sit there, But it just deteriorates more and more.... Id like to see something be done with it. I highly doubt he will come get it.... No biggie, I will keep moving it around. See my big thing or pet peeve, is consideration. If I sell you a truck, and you cant pick it up for a year, atleast take 5 minutes to pick up the phone, and give me a quick call once every month or so to let me know you still plan to get it. A little common courtesy goes a long long way. I am recovering from a deal with a former good freind regarding a 1977 Ford F-250 Hi-Boy 4X4 that I got scewered on big time. I lost a friend over that deal. Moral of the story, Dont deal with close freinds!

Dodge Content....WDX comes home tomorrow!
