For one the money was gone a long time ago I built the Tender with it. And the second reason I will not be buying it back. I sent him 2 people who wanted to buy it from him for what he paid for it but he refused to sell it? He still has there names. I was never contacted by him since last December or his lawyer now in fact I do not belive he has a lawyer that I know of. I was the one who paid a lawyer allmost $800.00 to get a message to him it had to go and they gave him 60 days to respond. He has only contacted my Lawyer and not me. There is another person who wants it if he does not pick it up but it is not me. He would be a real fool not to respond to the wrecking yard and DMV they will not give him the time I did to pick it up from them. I have no real way of getting back the money I spent just to settle this matter. As far as I am concern he abandoned it here and I could not get him to pick it up or contact me so I let a company who can go thru the DMV and other legal ways to require him to pick it up or lose it. I realy don't think it can be any clearer that I want it gone after 1 year 3 months of it being here. If he loses it for the towing fee to town he is realy dumb as far as I can figure. It sure is a lot less than the $800.00 I spent! I should not even posted this for him to see but felt it was his last chance. All he had to do was have it pick it up after he bought it?? He had over 4 months free and knew it had to be gone befor winter but did not feel he had to follow the deal he made with me. Well it is the second winter again and it is also now not here anymore.
