Ok, house is 1600 sq. ft., barn 1 24x87, shed 1 16x24, shed 2 10x20, shed 3 12x28, shed 4 12x12, then 2 years ago decided to build a good shop, 40x48x12, radient heat in the floor, complete drywall, restroom w/shower, 100 amp service, soft and hard water, floor drains, r26 in the walls, r100 in the ceiling,computer and phone, 10,000 lb 2 post hoist. Now I have a place I can work in comfort. coldest month heat bill was $43.00 with natural gas @ 60 degrees.
