If the hub was completely locked, then you were just driving around wasting fuel, there shouldn't be any damage at all except for the wear on the half axle that was turning and causing drag. The diff was probably turning and so was your front driveline. If you had engaged the transfer case, the torque would just go to the open axle side, with a lot of parts turning, but with no results.
