I have bought from sellers with lower feedback, (in the high 80s) and everything has always been sent.

I guess because of what I buy (old truck books) I may run into less trouble. When I do buy more "normal" items (like a new DVD) I am VERY careful about the seller. When there are 15 sellers of the same item, you can and should be picky. When there is only one guy with what you want, you have to take your chances!

I think the old unique stuff attracts less bad sellers, as there is not much profit to be made trying to sell the same old book several times, but it is pretty easy to sell 20 copies of a movie and never ship.

As always, it pays to be careful, but I still feel prety safe on E-bay.
