If you use a 360, you will have to use a 360 bellhousing, or use a 318 flywheel ballanced for a 360, as the 360 flywheel will not fit a 318 bellhousing without modification.

This is important as many guys use the earlier hydrolic 318 bell with the V8 conversion, and that will not fit a 360 without something being changed.
