I totally agree with Paul. I own a miller 250( earlier model of the 251) and have had absolutely no problems out of it. I was going to get a spool gun as well but ended up buying a Miller 250 syncrowave TIG welder. I bought the Mig locally but the Tig was purchased on Ebay new from Indiana Oxygen and gas. Great transaction, free shipping,no tax and full warranty. There is a 251 listed on Ebay now for less, here is the item number 3848807507 Never dealt with them but there feedback speaks for them.
