I had a power wagon that had not run in ten years. I used Marvel Mystery Oil. I also took the head off because the valves were not sliding up and down freely. The hand crank works great, because you just keep turning and oiling the valves ,pushing them down until they loosen up. Once it was reassembled it started right up.
