4.89 rears

In general, if I decide to get 4.89's, what type of shop would I look for to do the installation? I kind of don't trust just any repair shop, not because they might be incompetent, but because I want someone with confidence and specific experience. I'm sure my local Dodge dealer would just look at me funny if I asked them. Any suggestions on whom to ask? Any trick questions to ask, when I'm talking to them? Any equipment that is absolutely necessary to do the job right?
