Do you have your manual chjoke? If so there should be a little tiny spring that pulls, when the choke is on , up on a rod that slightly raises the throttle lever. Dodges are very cold blooded. Sometimes 5 to 10 minutes in 30 degrees with humid weather is required to warm up enough with choke just to get to idle. that little spring tends to go flying off at some point in the trucks life. IIf you have a manual you will find it near the choke control arm. It is nicce tohave it working right
