In CA we voted from computer screens, each vote has a "chip" or card that is turned in to the registrar for placing into a master computer. The whole process is so that we can total the 15 million CA votes in less than an hour. Seems like a high price to pay for speed, but then again, I'm old fashioned and think we should just have our top two candidates shoot at each other at fifty paces....= )
