Using "Tools - Internet Options" is a quicker way to get to the same window I accessed from the "START -settings -..." button, but I'm still looking for a solution. I'm beginning to think its a Windows NT compatibility problem. I'm slated to get an upgrade in January that will get me on Windows 2000. I guess I can do without Ebay till then. Thanx, Bruce
